Mail-in Voting: Mail-in ballots (formerly called absentee ballots) are available only to registered voters who are 65 or older, are sick or have a disability, are incarcerated but otherwise eligible, or will be out of their home county on Election Day and during the early voting period.

Early in-person Voting: Early in-person voting is from April 22-29.

In-person Voting on Primary Election Day: The Joint Election is May 3, 2025. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Viet Vote Houston is a non-partisan campaign initiated by two 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations: Institute for Civic Education in Vietnam and Vietnamese Culture and Science Association to promote civic engagement in the Vietnamese American communities in Houston and Vicinity.
